11. What didn't work

For six months the plan was a one-person AI agency: five packaged services, outbound on three platforms, a scored-lead pipeline. It produced two leads and about €150 a month. Every real krona came from one relationship that existed before Klarhimmel did.

Marketplaces price on rate and reviews, not on solving something nobody else has bothered to document.

That plan is retired, not paused. The result stays on the record because it was a real, costly test.
