1. 00. Start here

I'm Felix Hellström. I build software for people who run things: a hotel, a clinic, a workshop, a family business.

This page is the thinking behind Klarhimmel: the problem I go after, what done means to me, what's worked, what hasn't, and where it's headed. Read it in order, or click any number.

  2. 01. The problem I like

Somewhere in their day there is usually one old program, one spreadsheet, or one person about to retire, and the whole operation leans on it.

That is the problem I like. Not because it is glamorous, but because fixing it changes someone's Monday.

  3. 02. Cheap enough now

A lot of the world still runs on software written twenty years ago. The people who depend on it deserve better, and for the first time it is cheap enough to actually give it to them.

Klarhimmel is my company for doing that. It is one person and a workforce of AI agents, which means I can take on the small, specific problems bigger firms will not, and still be the one who answers the phone afterwards.

  4. 03. What done looks like

This year a hotel owner made nine new door codes from his phone, on his own, in his first session with the app. That is what I mean by done.

  5. 04. Klar means three things

In Swedish, klar means three things at once.

Clear. We take problems we can see the bottom of, and we say no to the rest.

Ready. We start from a real customer with a real bottleneck, in days, never from a deck.

Done. We run it. Done is not a handover. Done is a monthly invoice and a system your staff use every morning.

One person. A workforce of agents. A portfolio of boring, working software.

    Klar, färdig, gå.

  6. 05. Consulting

Felix Hellström Consulting is the only line making money today.

Not a marketplace agency: deep, undocumented systems integration for Swedish small businesses, proven first with hotels and serviced apartments through Ett Smart. That work is live and used every day.

  7. 06. context-vault

context-vault is the first line to earn real independence: an open-source, local-first memory layer for AI coding tools, with paying users.

It's worth something on its own, whether or not I'm still the one running it.

  8. 07. Agentic Websites

Agentic Websites is the harder bet: can the same speed and quality work for a stranger, not just someone I already know?

A fixed-price, two-week website service, testing exactly that.

  9. 08. Gästchatt

Gästchatt is a live experiment inside Consulting, with a real way to prove it wrong. It fails if guests using it can't get their real questions answered without escalating to staff.

That hasn't happened. Neither has wide adoption. Both things can be true.

  10. 09. What didn't work

For six months the plan was a one-person AI agency: five packaged services, outbound on three platforms, a scored-lead pipeline. It produced two leads and about €150 a month. Every real krona came from one relationship that existed before Klarhimmel did.

Marketplaces price on rate and reviews, not on solving something nobody else has bothered to document.

That plan is retired, not paused. The result stays on the record because it was a real, costly test.

  11. 10. Where this goes

The plan is a real holding company: Klarhimmel owning separate companies, selling nothing itself, moving the money from each win into the next one.

Getting there needs at least one line to prove it can run without me, and some paperwork Klarhimmel hasn't done yet. Today, one company does everything itself. That's not a gap to hide.

  12. 11. Writing

    Two notes so far.

What Survives When Execution is Free. If building software stops being the expensive part, what is left that still matters.

Why My Core Does Almost Nothing. A minimal core with opinionated connectors, and why that shape keeps winning.
